Dedicated to the masterful art of chocolate making, we hand-craft confections that are distinctly superior in quality and taste. Two generations of culinary artists have traveled the world, mastering the craft of global cuisine to create the finest chocolate and gourmet fares. The Debbas family is committed to crafting products distinctly superior in quality, taste, and creativity, which is why we use only the finest cacao beans in our chocolates, roasted exactly to our specifications. After the roasting process, we conche our chocolate for over 100 hours in order to create a silky smooth couverture. We take pride in using premium ingredients and care in all of our products—from our family to yours.

Through the Years


1980

Formulated Fresno State’s award-winning ice cream.

1987

Became the best-selling chocolate in Napa and Sonoma wineries—a reputation we are proud to uphold to this day.


1985-1989

Created and produced Macy’s European Truffles.

1986

Created the first Liquid Wine Filled Chocolate—the only non-sugarcoated, liquid-wine-filled chocolate in the world.


1997

Our Panned Pear was selected for Martha Stewart’s wedding issue of her Living Magazine.

Won Best New Product at the Coffee & Tea Show for our Chocolate Tartini
